Throughout his long-time dedication and contribution to the CGS-NCR, Michel was a fundamental member of our community, serving as the treasurer for the CGS-NCR for many years. He is remembered as the “rock” of the Canadian Geotechnical Society - National Capital Region (formally called Ottawa Geotechnical Group). His persistent dedication, generosity, and sense of humour will continue to be remembered and cherished. Michel’s impact will continue to inspire the members of the national capital region geotechnical community for years to come, and the CGS-NCR is thankful to have had his dedication, friendship and guidance.
